New Year’s Resolutions have to be backed by action and commitment otherwise they are just wishes. For this coming New Year join us for a 30 Day Challenge that will strengthen your body, mind and spirit.
Who is this challenge for?
ANYONE! Whether you are a new or seasoned yogi. If you’re looking for some accountability to help you get on your yoga mat and also want to make connections with other like-minded yogis this challenge is for you!
What are the parameters of the challenge?
Attend 30 classes between January 6th – February 11th, 2019. You can double up classes in one day. If you choose to attend one of our New Year, New Yogi workshops that fall within the dates of this challenge (Jan 6th, Jan 27th, Feb 3rd) that counts as taking 2 classes! Links to these 3 workshops are below:
For each class taken, put a star sticker next to your name on the poster board found in our lobby.
This challenge also includes 3 Journal Prompts – Each journal prompt will be emailed to you during Weeks 1, 2 and 3 of the challenge.
