Cultivating Calm: Myofascial Release, Mindfulness & Yoga

August 2, 2026Wonder Yoga

Release, Restore & Reconnect

A Myofascial Release, Mindfulness and Slow Flow Workshop with Sarah Natoli

Join Sarah Natoli for a supportive workshop designed to help you reduce stress, cultivate greater awareness and support your nervous system through movement, mindfulness and self-care.

We live in a fast-paced culture that often prioritizes productivity, leaving many of us caught in what can feel like an endless cycle of doing. We come to our mats seeking space and relief, yet even with the best intentions, it can be difficult to slow down and become fully present.

The answer is not to give up on the practice. It is to expand our toolkit.

During this workshop, we will explore two complementary modalities, myofascial release and mindfulness, and learn how they can be incorporated into a slow, intentional yoga practice.

Myofascial release uses gentle, sustained pressure to help relieve tension and support healthy movement in the muscles and connective tissues.

Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally paying attention to the present moment without judgment. As Sarah’s mindfulness teacher describes it, mindfulness is “the practice of a thousand beginnings,” offering us the opportunity to return to ourselves again and again.

We will begin by getting to know one another, discussing individual goals and introducing both practices. Sarah will then guide you through an integrated experience combining myofascial release, mindfulness and slow flow yoga.

The workshop will conclude with time for reflection and a discussion about how these tools can be incorporated into your daily life and ongoing yoga practice.

Participants will receive handouts and recommended reading to support continued exploration at home.

Give yourself the space to slow down, release tension and reconnect.

Reserve your place and discover practical tools you can return to both on and off the mat.

Sarah Natoli, RYT-200

Sarah Natoli is a RYT-200 yoga teacher currently enrolled in Wonder Yoga’s 300-hour teacher training. She has completed continuing education in anatomy, restorative yoga, Reiki, somatic yoga and mindfulness-based practices.

Sarah completed her 200-hour teacher training with O2 Yoga, where she studied an athletic, Ashtanga-based approach to vinyasa yoga. Her foundational training emphasized human anatomy, the connection between breath and movement, and safe, intentional transitions in and out of postures.

In recent years, Sarah has developed a mindfulness practice that complements her earlier study of asana and allows her to offer students a more holistic experience grounded in both steadiness and ease.

Sarah currently teaches vinyasa and slow flow classes. Her teaching is challenging, educational and accessible, with thoughtful options to support students of different experience levels. She offers hands-on adjustments and is always happy to help students explore modifications that work for their individual bodies and practices.

Off the mat, Sarah works as a healthcare marketing consultant, volunteers at her daughter’s elementary school and continues to study the mind-body connection and practical ways to cultivate greater calm in modern life.

Sarah looks forward to welcoming you to class and supporting your practice.
