Join us for an engaging, movement-filled workshop designed to help you understand, strengthen, and optimize your hip health.

This workshop is designed to be welcoming and supportive—all questions are encouraged, and no topic is off-limits. Whether you’re looking to prevent injury, improve performance, or simply move with greater ease, you’ll leave with practical tools and a deeper connection to your body.

Pre-registration is required for this event. This workshop is suitable for all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat and bottle of water.

As the owner of Bre Marie Wellness LLC, Bre offers comprehensive pelvic health and wellness services, blending her extensive expertise in physical therapy with her passion for movement.

Bre is a movement enthusiast with a profound commitment to helping individuals heal themselves. She guides her clients through their movement practices with a trauma-informed lens, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
