Mobility is our ability to move through the spaces we occupy freely and without pain. Everything in our lives that requires movement is impacted by our mobility- from lifting weights, running, bicycling, and yoga to tying your shoes and sitting at a desk.
In this 90-minute workshop we will practice a 60 minute flow, followed by a discussion on mobility, and end with journaling prompts to reset your mind for the week ahead. The practice will incorporate body weight strength training, cardio, mobility exercises and breath work. Bring your journal and a pen, some water or tea. Attendees will receive a 10 minute mobility sequence to incorporate into your movement routines.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and will include guided practice, meditation and self-care practice.
