Based on her book, Yoga and the Five Elements ~ Spiritual Wisdom for Everyday Living, author and teacher, Nicole Goott, offers a modern approach to timeless wisdom for contemporary students and spiritual seekers.
This workshop introduces students to:
- A cosmic framework from which the five elements originate
- The subtle bodies as five layers of consciousness
- A framework of working with each of the five elements
- How to harness the wisdom of the elements to restore and establish balance.
- Discover inner and outer practices that cultivate harmony and joy
This workshop includes both an introduction to these concepts as well an active practice including postural yoga and guided meditation. Students attending the workshop will receive a copy of Nicole’s book.
