As an Arlington native, Leah has admired Wonder Yoga for years. Her yoga journey started during her study abroad experience in Australia, where she immediately fell in love with the practice after waking up from a blissful savasana nap. Leah’s biggest passion outside of yoga is traveling, and yoga has helped her feel at home, even in places oceans away from Arlington. She completed her 200-hour training in 2023, deepening her practice and learning how to guide others in finding their style. Practicing yoga has been the staple of her adult life, and teaching is the space where she feels most herself.
You can expect a blend of Vinyasa and Yin style flows with a focus on listening to your body in Leah’s class. By incorporating options, flowing movements, and humor, she strives to create a welcoming space for all. With a focus on connecting breath to movement to music to lighting, she curates an immersive experience designed to bring you out of the daily routines of life. In a busy world, Leah hopes that the time we spend together in the studio can be time for your individual practice of self-care and self-study.
Leah’s goal is for you to leave class feeling a little bit taller, lighter, and with a smile on your face. Inspired by the teachings of yoga beyond the physical asana practices, she weaves in learnings that can be carried off the mat.
