I found my way to yoga in high school and fell in love. It’s been a huge part of my life ever since. Every time I come to my mat I’m returning to myself, and developing the capacity to move through life with a little more grace.
I completed my vinyasa and yin yoga teacher trainings with Rolf Gates and Josh Summers, respectively, and taught at Prana Power Yoga in Cambridge from 2014-2020.
As the world was turned upside down in 2020, so was my yoga practice. I realized more than ever how transformative and healing the practice was, and also how deeply I missed having a community to practice with in-person. I have loved becoming a part of the Wonder community since moving to Arlington, and I’m excited to share my joy of yoga with you! I aim to teach classes that are accessible and allow students both the structure and freedom to experience a practice that feels just right.
When I’m off my yoga mat, I’m a mom, psychotherapist, and enthusiastic home cook.
