Greta began practicing yoga in 2001. She quickly discovered that the benefits of a regular yoga practice went beyond the physical, bringing a new sense of calm and steadiness to her life. She has been learning and practicing ever since. With a background in education, and a passion for helping others, teaching yoga seemed like a natural fit. She has completed certifications in YogaFit I & III, Restorative yoga, SPA Yoga with Bette Riaz, and most recently completed her 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with David Magone. She believes yoga has something to offer everyone, and encourages students to come to their mats to quiet their minds, and move with grace and intention, making each practice their own. When not teaching and practicing, Greta can be found exploring the outdoors with her three children and her giant dog, or relaxing with a good book at a local coffee shop!
