Jaclyn Caruso discovered yoga in 2006 as a way to break away from the binds of office life. Yoga became an outlet for managing stress, bringing everyday movement into the body, and finding a peaceful balance in life. Through all of life’s ups and downs, yoga has been the one constant. A back injury in 2016 led her on the path of discovery to mindful movement and a RYT-200 certification in yoga. Jaclyn’s classes are powerful, yet accessible to all with varying options given to help each student find a practice that feels best for them.
Off the mat Jaclyn works in marketing at Harvard Business School and lives in Arlington with her cockapoo, Baxter.
