The Yoga of Wonder and Awe: Experience Your True Aliveness with the Rasas & Become a Connoisseur of Life
With internationally acclaimed yoga teacher, author, musician, and founder of Ashaya Yoga!
Todd Norian
Arlington, MA, October 4-5, 2025, Wonder Yoga Studio
All great masters describe enlightenment as seeing with the eyes of a child — with wonder and awe. To be fully present in the moment, without judgment, expectation, or commentary, is true presence. In Tantra, this presence requires deep surrender and the acceptance of what is.
Reconnect. Realign. Rise.
In an unpredictable world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or off-center. But within you lies a deep reservoir of strength, resilience, and wisdom. This retreat is your opportunity to reconnect with that core, quiet the mind, and come home to yourself.
“When you taste the rasa of life, you drink from a well that is never dry.” — Ramachandra Gandhi
Through the ancient Tantric teachings of the rasas, you’ll tap into the insight and energy needed to stay grounded, empowered, and clear — no matter what life throws your way.
Led by internationally acclaimed teacher Todd Norian, this immersive weekend offers a full-spectrum journey of self-discovery, healing, and joyful expression.

Saturday 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
From Victim to Victory with Virya (Courage)
How do we break free from beliefs of unworthiness and smallness? Is life happening to you, or for you? Explore the rasas through yoga to shift your perspective and rise strong. Includes hip openers, leg stretches, mantra, pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
Sunday 12:00 – 3:00 p.m.
