My yoga practice began years ago while I was dealing with old injuries that had caught up with me. I developed a regular practice which morphed into a love affair with yoga, improving my mind, body, and spirit. I believe yoga is for everybody, it’s only a matter of finding a practice that works for you.
I believe that our bodies were designed to move, and that the practice of asana allows us to sustain and enhance our physical condition. I have learned through practice and study that yoga provides a framework for our lives off the mat as well, and given me emotional strength in difficult times.
I completed my teacher training at YogaWorks Back Bay where I studied with Caitlyn Graham Visconte and Renee LeBlanc.
Off the mat I enjoy playing soccer, skiing, biking, or being walked by my Australian Shepherds, as well as traveling with my wife and son.
