I believe yoga is for everybody, and that you can find a practice which works for you. My yoga practice began years ago, to heal old injuries. I developed a practice that became lifelong & every day, improving my mind, body, and spirit.
I believe that we were designed to move, and that practice allows us to sustain and enhance our ability. I have learned through practice and study that yoga provides a framework for our lives off the mat, and has given me emotional strength in difficult times.
I’ve been blessed to train with fabulous teachers including Caitlyn Graham Visconte and Renee LeBlanc at YogaWorks Back Bay for 200 Hours; and Nicole Siegel, Allison Jones, Daniel Orlansky, Josh Summers, Karen Fabian, Shawn Cornelison, Katie Concannon & Esteban da Cruz at Wonder Yoga for 300 Hours.
Off the mat I enjoy playing soccer, skiing, biking, or being walked by my dogs, and spending time with my family.
