Nancy credits yoga with helping her become a stronger, more open, more compassionate person. It informs the ways in which she views the world and interacts with those around her, and aids her on her lifelong journey of learning and growth.
Nancy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014. Additionally, she has been certified to teach Yoga Nidra by Jennifer Reis, has studied safe and functional movement with Alexandria Crow, and has received Reiki attunement in the Usui linage. Her classes provide a peaceful, meditative environment in which each student is invited to explore, be present, and experience yoga’s healing, transformative effects on the body, mind, and spirit.
