Join Wonder Yoga founder Nicole Siegel for a soulful 75-minute journey through the chakras, the body’s energetic map. With mindful movement, guided breath, and reflection, you will explore how the seven chakras influence both physical alignment and emotional resilience.
This practice combines slow, intentional flow with seated postures, layered with insight and space for personal reflection.
