Led by inversion enthusiast Reggie Silver, this workshop welcomes both first-timers and seasoned yogis who want to deepen their confidence and skill in going upside down. Whether you’re seeking graceful strength, playful challenge, or a fresh perspective, this experience is both energizing and nurturing.
We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding warm-up to awaken the body, followed by a dynamic power flow to build core stability and prepare for inversions. Reggie will then guide you through safe and accessible techniques for foundational shapes such as:
- Crow
- Flying Pigeon
- Side Crow
- Hurdler’s Pose
- Chin Stand
- Headstand
- Handstand Basics
Reggie’s journey with yoga began nearly ten years ago during recovery from running injuries. What began as a healing path quickly grew into a joyful passion for handstands and inversions. As part of his 300-hour teacher training, this offering reflects his desire to share both the physical and emotional benefits of going upside down.
If you’re already familiar with these poses, Reggie will offer advanced variations so you can continue to challenge yourself and grow.
