Carly began practicing yoga 17 years ago as a way to cross-train between sports. She quickly fell in love with the physical aspect of the practice but as she continued to practice, she started to learn that there is so much more to the art of yoga and to this day she continues to welcome not only the physical nature but also both the mental and spiritual parts as well. Her mission is to motivate and help others find and enjoy yoga in a warm, inviting environment that cultivates respect, calmness, centering and flow.
