I took my first yoga class in the 90s, looking for a way to exercise my whole body in a way that was gentle on chronic injuries acquired from a youth playing team sports. In the past decade, my practice has intensified as I’ve found the impacts extend to my life off the mat. In an effort to deepen my practice, I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Wonder Studio with Nicole Siegel and Allison Jones. I offer creative, integrated flows that target the whole body. My intention is to create a space where every individual has a uniquely personal experience while also being connected to a community.
