Spring forward with avid runner and yogi, Meghan Sullivan!
Are you a runner and looking for ways that yoga can serve as a way to cross train? Are you training for an upcoming race? Perhaps you’re simply looking forward to getting back outside as the weather gets warmer. This workshop is for both beginner and seasoned yogis alike. Meghan will introduce the relationship between yoga and running and how the two can set you up to feel great in your body. In this workshop you will learn effective tools including beneficial pranayama and asanas that will build focus, endurance, strength, and flexibility. This workshop will include a yoga for runners vinyasa sequence creatively designed to stretch and strengthen parts of the body most utilized while running!

An avid runner, Meghan was first introduced to yoga as a form of self-care. After just a few classes, she fell in love with the practice and the incredible emotional and physical growth that came along with it. Meghan completed her 200 yoga teacher training in 2015 at Health Yoga Life located in Boston. Meghan’s classes focus on merging breath with movement to create a nourishing practice and sense of presence for the mind, body, and soul. Meghan encourages all students to create a place of peace and prosperity on the mat. Off the mat, Meghan works as a social worker and family therapist in the Boston area. Meghan received her Master’s in Social Work from Wheelock College in 2015.
