The Chakras (“wheels”) are the seven energy centers in the body and when one of these energy centers is out of alignment, the effects can be noticed in the quality of our health, minds, and personal lives. This workshop will include an asana practice and guided meditation that moves up through each of the seven Chakras: Muladhara (lower abdomen), Svadhisthana (sacral), Manipura (navel), Anahata (heart), Visuddha (throat), Ajna (third-eye), and Sahasrara (top of head).
