An avid runner, Meghan was first introduced to yoga as a form of self-care. After just a few classes, she fell in love with the practice and the incredible emotional and physical growth that came along with it. Meghan completed her 200 yoga teacher training in 2015 at Health Yoga Life located in Boston. Meghan’s classes focus on merging breath with movement to create a nourishing practice and sense of presence for the mind body and soul. Meghan encourages all students to create a place of peace and prosperity on the mat. Off the mat, Meghan works as a social worker and family therapist in the Boston area. Meghan received her Master’s in Social Work from Wheelock College in 2015.
