With tight hips and a bit of apprehension, Laura took her first vinyasa yoga class in 2011 as a result of a running injury. Shortly after the first class she was hooked, and fell in love with how truly transformational yoga is – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Laura completed her RYT-200 hr teacher training in 2015, and her classes focus on the importance of bringing awareness to the breath and combining it with the movement of the asanas (poses) to create a powerful flow. She strives to create a space where students can focus on yoga being a practice that is fun and nourishing, and to let go of the self critique that comes when focused only on perfection! Her intent is for students to leave the class feeling like the best version of themselves.
