Emily Cannifs is a Boston-based based yogi whose practice and teachings have taken her to Oklahoma, Nicaragua and back. After spending a lifetime battling anxiety, Emily found that no matter what was happening, all she needed was her breath and body to calm her mind and soothe her soul. Emily wanted to share the gift of yoga with others and completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2010 at Prana Power Yoga, an Advanced Teacher Training with Jacqui Bonwell and is also certified in Reiki Level I and II. Emily is extremely excited and grateful to begin her 500 hour training this fall. She specializes in vinyasa flow and restorative yoga. Her teachings are a fusion of spirituality, flow and breath.
