Alexandra is Wonder Yoga’s Community Wellness Coordinator, specializing in outreach, corporate wellness benefits and collaboration, and community building. She has been practicing yoga for 8 years and is currently pursuing her 200-hour teacher training at Wonder Yoga. An athlete her entire life, Alexandra came to yoga for the mobility and mindfulness benefits. She fell in love with the spiritual benefits and supportive community. Off the mat Alexandra loves to run in the mountains, spend time with her chickens, and sew. She looks forward to welcoming you to the Wonder Yoga community!
