As the seasons change so do we and winter is most certainly upon us. Yoga’s sister science – Ayurveda provides a holistic way of looking at nutrition, health and wellness. Each season is dominant in a particular dosha (or element) and that can lead to imbalance. Explore a yoga flow and other techniques that can support our balanced wellbeing through the winter season. Wonder Yoga co-owner Nicole Siegel will guide you through a 75 minute Ayurvedic inspired practice for winter. This workshop will include a brief intro followed by yoga practice for all levels. Afterwards you’ll receive some winter recipes and suggested tools for self-care that can aid in improving circulation, energy, and digestion.
