Frequently, when people embark on a spiritual path, they commence their journey with many ideas about where they will be led, or what they will or should attain. And many traditions have developed marvelous maps of these paths, promising tried and true routes to various destinations of peace, calm, and wisdom.
But all too often, holding too tightly to a given map can have the effect of hindering you from walking the only path you can truly walk: your own path.
In this special Yin Yoga workshop, Josh will explore various views (darsanas) of various paths, and offer a variety of tools and tips for for cultivating your own path on the mat and beyond.
