Join this 6 week group to meet your new hive of mom friends. Co-facilitated by Briana and Marah, this will be an intimate group of new moms who together will share anxieties, highs, lows and all the in-betweens. Topics covered will include sleep, feeding, baby development, shifting relationship dynamics, postpartum recovery, and maternal mental health.
Briana and Marah
We’re friends, therapists, and moms. We knew becoming a mom would be life changing, but we didn’t realize just how life changing it would be. It gave us a new sense of meaning, it made us more playful, and it brought us into deeper connection with ourselves. It was also a time when we realized how important support was and how much we craved being with other new moms going through a similar experience.
Drawing from our personal experiences as well as our backgrounds in mental health, we felt inspired to create a space where new moms could connect, share experiences, and provide support to one another during this exhilarating yet challenging time. Our community is designed to offer a safe and supportive environment where new moms can feel heard, seen, and validated.
Beehive Moms is all about support and connection for new moms. The group facilitators, Briana and Marah, are both clinical social workers who work as psychotherapists in private practice.
